This updated notice constitutes SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 6 to Request for Proposals 70B01C23R00000007.

This RFP, 70B01C23R00000007 – Amendment 6, is issued for the Facilities Management & Engineering Directorate, Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Southeast Region. The government intends to award a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to issue firm fixed price task orders, utilizing a total small business set-aside.

Offerors shall review all 15 documents attached to SAM Contract Opportunities (formerly called FedBizOpps or FBO) and shall submit their proposal response in compliance with the instructions contained therein, in order for proposals to be considered responsive.

This amendment is issued in order to provide government clarifications via RFP Attachment 10, and to provide the following corrected attachments:

Attachment 2 – SE Line Item Number Summary – Revision 1 hereby replaces the previous version and is attached to this solicitation.

Attachment 1B - SE Equip List Per Facility & Annual Schedule – Revision 1 hereby replaces the previous version and is attached to this solicitation.

Attachment 4 - Pricing Overview Sheet – Revision 2 hereby replaces the previous version and is attached to this solicitation.

Please also note the additional guidance provided in the RFP (Amendment 6) to clarify how the government expects offerors to provide pricing within Attachment 2.

The subject line of the e-mail for Proposal submissions shall be, RFP 70B01C23R00000007 SE PM Proposal Submission, [insert your company name]. This is so the government does not inadvertently overlook a proposal submission.

Proposal Due Date:

The deadline for proposals is no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Friday, April 28, 2023, in response to this RFP.
