On the last amendment update there was a question asked that we would like to have clarification on.Â
**11. What price is being paid incumbent? a. The total contract value for the previous contract is $221,782.17 (Base + 4 Option Years)**
What does it mean regarding (Base + 4 option Years)? Â
The total contract value was for a Base + 4 (1-year) option periods. The scope of this requirement has changed and there are not 4 (1-year) option periods. The current scope is one (1) 12-month BASE period with 4 (90-day) option periods.
How often will the cleaning requirements for this solicitation? Will it be daily, weekly, or 3x a week cleaning?
The Cleaning requirements are identified in the Performance Work Statement. Please see page 47 on the solicitation document (6.1 APPENDIX A: Custodial Task Frequency Schedule) for more details.
