Can you help me with a Wage Determination for Zanesville CBOC custodial?
The wage Determination is in the solicitation document, page 42.

Dusting, low and high are not required by this PWS?
The PWS under 6.1, appendix A has the frequency schedule of what is to be provided during this contract period. 6.1.2 states all air vents shall be dusted weekly.
Window, entrance glass and partitions are not required cleaning?
This is required under 6.1.3 under monthly cleaning.
How many trash cans are in the facility? How many outside, patio?
There are a minimum of 40 trash cans in the facility. No outside trash bin servicing will be required, The Janitorial staff will take collected trash to the outside dumpster.
Snow and Ice responsibilities are not listed? Sand barrels, Ice Melt are not required?
Not required under this contract, however due to patient safety concerns it is asked if an icy or snowy area is noticed that Ice Melt / Salt be applied and/or shoveled.
Hand sanitizer is not listed as a Government provided supply. Who provides?
All consumable supplies (paper, cleaning agents and hand sanitizer) is supplied through the VA. All cleaning hard goods including mop heads, cleaning cloths and vacuums are supplied via the contractor.
How many walk off/door mats are at the facility?
There are a minimum of 5. These shall be vacuumed daily. They are serviced monthly from a different vendor.
Do we have WIFI access?
There is guest WiFi available.
Does Government provide office space for contractor? Desk and Chairs?
The Government does provide a chair in janitorial closet, there is a break room and a conference room for breaks. No official office space shall be provided.
Who is the incumbent contractor?
The previous contractor is Carvell Consulting, LLC.
What price is being paid incumbent?
The total contract value for the previous contract is $221,782.17 (Base + 4 Option Years)
When can we expect answers to our questions? The bid is due January 17th
Answers will be provided on 1/13/25
The solicitation does not provide a Department of Labor wage determination for the area, where can we find this?

Does the site visit play any part in the decision making process?
The site visit does not play any part in the award decision.
Lastly, do you know the timing on when a vendor will be selected for this bid?
The award decision will be made if an aware can be made and will be determined within 14-21 days from submission deadline.
