We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
This is not a new contract, there is an incumbent that is providing the services, CARVELL CONSULTING, LLC
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
36C25021P0962
I was looking at the job and didn't see the date for the site visit so could you please let me know when it is scheduled
The information is on page 46 of the solicitation document.
I see that the solicitation was released on December 19, 2024, but now it states this solicitation is an SDVOSB set aside. My question is on the sources sought solicitation due December 4, 2024, as well as the previous solicitation a few months ago, there wasn't a set aside listed? Is there a reason this has now changed?Â
The Sources Sought was contemplated in order to see all interested parties for this requirement in order to develop a procurement strategy. Since there were 2 or more SDVOSB s that responded to the sources sought the requirement must be set aside to that socio-economic class. The previous solicitation, 36C25024Q0909 was set-aside for SDVOSB s however, the scope of the requirement has changed so it was decided to re-solicit starting with SDVOSB per the sources sought. If the award for SUBJ solicitation cannot be made, then the government will dissolve the set-aside and re-compete under a different strategy.
I am looking to submit a bid for the Zanesville CBOC location and I have a few questions before doing so. Please review the following:Â
-Days and times of operation
1.4 Hours of Operation: The services covered by this contract shall be furnished by the contractor as defined herein. The contractor will be required to furnish such services five (5) days a week excluding weekends and federal holidays. Zanesville CBOC daily normal hours of operation are from 8:00am to 4:30pm. This does not include services that will be conducted outside of normal working hours (carpet shampooing and floor waxing and stripping).
-Days and times janitorial services will be needed
Please see 5,a,i response above.
-Are there a set amount of personnel needed per day or is that up to contractor
The amount of personnel needed per day is up to the contractor as long as all tasks are consistently completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Typically, one person is onsite for the majority of the clinic hours.
-What are the terms of payment
1.9 Invoicing: All invoices from the contractor shall be submitted electronically in accordance with VAAR Clause 852.232-72 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
