The evaluation of this RFP/RFQ may be based upon, but not limited to:
Price
The award will be made to the contractor with the lowest total price who can supply the products and
custom application listed. ISU will use rebates as part of the evaluation to determine the lowest total cost.
Equivalent generic products will be considered if this statement is noted along with product: “or generic
equivalent.” However, if ISU is unfamiliar with the generic product bid, ISU reserves the option to not
purchase the product based on risk of damage to crops or lack of pest control.

at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement with any competitor for the purpose of
