BLM- GAOA TRFO LAMB HOUSE DEMOLITION AND STABILIZATION

This amendment is to clarify that the 20-page submission limitation pertains to the technical proposal and past performance submissions only. No other changes have been made, and all terms and clauses remain the same.

This is a solicitation announcement for interior improvements of the house located at the Bureau of Land Management TRFO Lamb House, Montezuma County, Colorado. The Lamb House is located at 12761 County Road G, Cortez, CO 81321.

Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.

1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to; Demolish all additions to the two original stone buildings. Reconstruct the roofs over the original stone buildings. Provide electrical service to the south stone building. Construct a parking lot and an access trail.

1.3 WORK SCHEDULE
Work shall be completed within 270 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 270 days of the Notice to Proceed.
Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $250,000 and $500,000.
Pre-Bid Site Visit: Pre-Bid Site Visit: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 11am at 12761 County Road G, Cortez, CO 81321.
