BLM-GAOA TRFO LAMB HOUSE DEMOLITION AND STABILIZATION

This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation planned release on August 6, 2025 with a closing date of September 8, 2025. No bids, quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time. If interested, suggest you follow this solicitation for further instructions or email the POC with your interest and capability statement.
Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.

1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to; Demolish all additions to the two original stone buildings. Reconstruct the roofs over the original stone buildings. Provide electrical service to the south stone building. Construct a parking lot and an access trail.

1.2 LOCATION
12761 County Road G
Cortez, CO 81321.

1.3 WORK SCHEDULE
Work shall be completed within 270 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 270 days of the Notice to Proceed.
Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $250,000 and $500,000.
Pre-Bid Site Visit: A hosted site visit has not yet been scheduled. A site visit will be scheduled after the solicitation is posted.
