1. The Request for Information (RFI) cutoff date is extended to 1/16/2026. RFI s received after this date may not be addressed. Submit all questions regarding the solicitation, specifications, and/or drawings in writing to the Contracting Officer Stacy.Hoover2@va.gov and Ryan.McMillin@va.gov NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
2. bids are due January 21, 2026. Bids are due at 12:00pm (Noon) local time, via email to the Contracting Officer at Stacy.Hoover2@va.gov and Ryan.McMillin@va.gov. The Virtual Bid Opening will be conducted at 1:00pm local time.

If this document is not completed and included with the bid package, the contractor will not be eligible for award.
