Submit all questions regarding the solicitation, specifications, and/or drawings in writing to the Contracting Officer Stacy.Hoover2@va.gov and Ryan.McMillin@va.gov NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
2. bids are due January 16, 2026. Bids are due at 9:00am local time, via email to the Contracting Officer at Stacy.Hoover2@va.gov and Ryan.McMillin@va.gov. The Virtual Bid Opening will be conducted at 10:00am local time.
