Summary of Changes
1. Amendment 0003 is issued to post;
a) Request for Information (RFI) related to the revised Statement of Work
issued in Amendment 0002.
b) Statement of Work_rev2_03-27-2025.
2. The Request for Quote (RFQ) submission date is not extended. The RFQ submission date is
April 08, 2025, at 2:00 PM (CST).
3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

Offerors shall acknowledge and sign all amendments in their quote submission, acknowledging receipt of all amendments by the date and time specified in the amendments.

SOW says, 1. Test all roof drains and repair or replace as needed in accordance with the VA TIL, Master Construction Specifications. https://www.cfm.va.gov/TIL/spec.asp . These buildings appear to have gutter systems and an existing drain at the bottom of the stairwell. It was not mentioned during our site walk that we would be cleaning any of these drains nor to what extent. Can the VA provide locations and be specific on which drains need to be tested for repairs or replacement?
Answer: You will not be responsible for cleaning any of the drains at the bottom of the
stairwell. The statement below is removed from the Statement of Work.

SOW says, 2. Demolition of roofing material and insulation. . The new awnings attach to the sides of the building not the roof. Can we get clarification on what roofing material and insulation the VA is expecting for us to demolish? What should these items be replaced with?
Answer: Demolition of the awning roof.
Reference 1 is added to the Statement of Work. The highlighted part in the reference picture is the awning roof. The roofing material and insulation is the material that forms the awning roof.
The demoed awning roof is to be replaced with the new awning.
The Statement below is removed from the Statement of Work:
