The North Texas VA Health Care System has a requirement for construction services to install an awning at the rear entrance of VA Police Office Bldg. 8. Work will be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas TX 75216-7167.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment and supervision to perform the required work to build and install a new awning, to include testing all drains and repairing or replacing as needed on Bldg. 8.
All work must comply with Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190 with a small business size standard of $19.0M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

Important Notice

Apparent successful bid must apply for and receive verification from the Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) program in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veterans status, ownership, and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Small Business Administration Vet Cert program prior to submission of offer.
