Winhall Brook Campground Restroom Renovation, Ball Mountain Lake, Londonderry, VT. Three (3) Restroom Renovations, Winhall Brook Campground, Londonderry, VT. The New England District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment andtransportation necessary for the minor restroom renovations at the upper circle, lower south, and northside restrooms located atthe Winhall Brook Campground in Londonderry, VT. These restrooms were damaged in the July 2023 storms and have been closed since that time. Renovations to include updates to fixtures and interior spaces, as well as construction of new shower stalls, which will require alteration of the roofline.
