Whole Blood Glucose Meters/Testing Supplies - FCC Butner

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, is soliciting for the provision of Whole Blood Glucose Meters, Testing Supplies and Glucometer Warranty for the Federal Medical Center (F\MC) Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. This contract type is indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a one-year base period, with four, one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, (Size Standard of 1,000 Employees). This solicitation is unrestricted.

The contractor shall provide 35 Whole Blood Glucose (WBG) Testing Meters with charging station, WBG meters shall be covered under warranty through the duration of the contract. WBG meter shall have computer software to manage of WBG test results. Proposed model shall be Brand Name or Equivalent to the StatStrip WBG testing meter by Nova Bio-medical. Quarterly Delivery Orders will be submitted by the Health Services department for the delivery of Test Strips, Control Solutions and Linearity Kits.
