Water Program Support and Outreach Services

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is interested in receiving qualifications responses from interested experienced consultants to provide program support and outreach services to the Water Resources Division. The selected consultant will assist GEFA in implementing, performing and enhancing several key water resource programs and initiatives. The desired consultant services are envisioned to aid the efficiency of the Water Resources Division (WRD) of GEFA in its support of local government entities in Georgia and enhance Georgia citizens, and therefore the qualifications of the consultant(s) are of paramount importance. Accordingly, this Request for Qualified Contractor (RFQC) is being issued by GEFA in consideration of the stakeholders interests and prescribes a qualifications based initial step in procurement.
