Description
Project Description: The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed proposals from firms qualified to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the (ESPLOST) RFP C27-03 for Construction Manager at Risk (“CMR”) Services for Garden City Elementary School Renovation Project located at 4037 Kessler Ave, Savannah GA 31408.
The firm selected through this RFP will enter into a contract with the District in a Construction Management at Risk Agreement. The Contract used for this project will be the AIA Document A133 – 2019 Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, as revised by the District and advertised with this Solicitation or subsequent amendment.
