The Illinois Trauma Program intends to procure the services of ESO Solutions, Inc. to provide support and maintenance to the Illinois State Trauma Registry (ISTR) for FY26. The ISTR is a repository of trauma data collected from trauma patients who meet specific inclusion criteria and to track patients who are injured in the State of Illinois. Data entered into the ISTR is used to evaluate the performance of Illinois-designated trauma centers, which include centers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri. Such data is necessary to determine whether a trauma center is designated as a Level I or Level II Trauma Center and subsequent designation reevaluation.
