Street Reconstruction Sherman Street & Lingco Drive

Project Description: Sherman - Kaufman to Lingco and Lingco - Sherman to Spring Valley is a 2021 Bond Program project that is part of the City Council's continued focus on maintaining and improving our infrastructure to meet our community's needs. The project aims to replace 19,500 square yards of concrete pavement, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, 1500 feet of sanitary sewer line, 500 feet of storm drain line, and 3700 feet of water line installation along Sherman Street and Lingco Drive. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the City will spend approximately $5,395,908.60 for this project.
