Project Description: General Description: The Contractor and its Subcontractor(s) shall provide all window cleaning services on all buildings listed at the established frequency as described in the Scope of Work.
Contract Term: Five-year period with no options to renew.
Small Business Enterprise Goal: Goal for this contract is 15% (which requires an SBE+ certification to meet the goal).
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252.
