The Town of Stratford (“Town”) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all else necessary, to perform the work as delineated in the Contract Documents prepared by Westcott and Mapes, Inc., 142 Temple Street, New Haven, CT 06510. NOTE: This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
