PROJECT TITLE: DGS-2024 SWSS-1 – Statewide Surveying Services
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Department of General Services is issuing an open invitation to land surveyors to qualify for Surveying Services in connection with real property acquisitions and dispositions. This project is a Small Business Reserve Program and is offering the opportunity for small businesses to become pre-qualified to bid on land surveying services for the Department. DGS undertakes a variety of real estate related projects throughout the Commonwealth. For each project where DGS determines that surveyor services are desirable, DGS will issue a request for quotes (RFQ) from qualified firms. This initial request for applications will be followed by additional periodic requests closing one year from this initial request.
PROJECT DOCUMENTS can be viewed in and downloaded from the project’s e-Builder solicitation file. All Applicants are required to create a user profile within e-Builder to view/download Project Documents.

APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH AN E-BUILDER BIDDING PORTAL. A video tutorial is available on the e-Builder site for first time users to learn how to navigate e-Builder. Due to technical limitations, Professional Selections for Surveying Services projects must be viewed using a Windows PC. At this time, mobile devices are not supported.
