Athletic Campus Master Plan - Stage One Implementation Project

NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Octorara Area School District is soliciting bids for Athletic Campus Master Plan – Stage One Implementation Project, 228 Highland Road, Atglen, Pennsylvania 19310. The project consists of, but is not limited to, electrical work, scoreboard erection, trenching, boring, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, seeding, earthwork, masonry, new softball field, fencing, and other items as more completely described in the bid documents. This Bid is for two prime contracts relative to general construction and electrical construction. Bidders may submit Bids for the entire Project work and/or for separate portions or components of the Project work as provided for in the Bid Sheets that are part of the Bid Documents. Bidders must submit “Proof of Competency” information as required by the Bid Documents to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the School District that they and/or their subcontractors have the experience, expertise, competency, efficiency, integrity, and financial standing and ability to perform the Project work. Electronic bid documents can be obtained from the office of Architerra, PC, 205 North Main Street, Coopersburg, Pennsylvania 18036, telephone number 610-282-1398. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required for each set of bid documents. Checks are to be made payable to Architerra, PC but be delivered to Architerra before bid documents will be supplied. A nonmandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am, April 17, 2024 at the Intermediate School Loading Dock. Bids are due by noon on April 30, 2024 at the Office of Mr. Scott Domowicz, Business Manager, Octorara Area School District, 228 Highland Road, Atglen, Pennsylvania 19310 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
