***** Amendment 0003 is issued to amend the Pricing Schedule to correct the number of months for the base period, following the Phase-In period, from 9 months to 10 months (CLINs 0001-0007) ***** ***** Amendment 0002 is issued to respond to Requests For Information (RFIs) received by October 20, 2025, amend the evaluation criteria for Factor 1: Qualification of Key Team Members, and extend the Solicitation due date from October 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm (Eastern) to November 03, 2025, at 2: 00 pm (Eastern).***** ***** Amendment 0001 is issued to change the site visit date from October 10, 2025, at 9:00 am (eastern) to October 16, 2025, at 9:00 am (eastern), include additional site visit information including site visit duration, additional requirements for site visit attendance, and privacy act statement. This amendment also changes the bidder inquiry response date from ten (10) business days prior to the required proposal submission date to October 20, 2025, at 5:00 pm (eastern), and amends the performance work statement (PWS) to reduce the phase-in period timeline. ***** The USACE Detroit District requires contractor security services to protect Government, civilian and Contractor personnel, facilities, and equipment within the Soo Project Office (SPO) area of responsibility located in Sault Sainte Marie, MI by the provision of contract security guards. There is a base Year and four (4) Option Years as well as the option to exercise FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services included within the solicitation. Contract security guards will not be deputized or exercise any additional authority or jurisdiction granted by local, state, or the federal Government to perform law enforcement duties on or off USACE property as part of this contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform private contract security guard services such as required basic services, crowd control, facility security, and security for the general public and government officials.
