The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, PerkinElmer U.S. LLC. in Shelton, CT. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to provide brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.
The Naval Medical Research Unit - Dayton (NAMRU-D) has a requirement for four (4) Spectrum Two FT-IR Spectrometer with Spectrum 10 Software, DTGS and APV combines a stabilized DTGS detector with automated performance verification for regulated and high-precision environments.

Automatic Performance Verification-Optional feature comprising an integrated, fully automatic filter wheel containing traceable reference materials and software allowing for abscissa, ordinate, noise, ASTM, and USP tests to be performed.
Absolute Virtual Instrument Standardization-Optional AVI standardization using gas phase methane spectra ensures instruments are accurately calibrated. Unique standardization allows data to be transferred precisely between instruments, side-by-side or in remote locations.
Atmospheric Vapor Compensation-Features an advanced digital filtering algorithm designed to compensate for CO2 and H2O absorptions in real time removing the need for instrument purging.
