SP 2726-78 TH47 Final Design and Communication Project

Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for developing and delivering the road plans, specifications, and associated documents based on the Preliminary Engineering Trunk Highway (TH) 47 Complete Streets Design State Project (SP) 2726-78, and to provide ongoing engineering and communication support throughout the construction phase, scheduled for 2027 and 2028. The goal of this project is to develop road plans and specifications for TH 47 using MnDOT Standards, City of Minneapolis Standards and Hennepin County Standards. The consultant shall have sufficient experience with these standards and these agencies to be able to deliver a project which results in minimal rework after Project Turn In. The 2nd goal of this project is to provide public outreach and communication services prior to and during project construction.
