2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Morris is seeking proposals from qualified planning, municipal design, and community consulting firms (or multidisciplinary teams) to lead a holistic update and overhaul of the City’s 1999 Comprehensive Plan. The complete RFP can be found on the City of Morris website here . The submission deadline is October 10. Questions will be accepted until the end of day October 1.
