Solanco Cafeteria Equipment Bid

Project Description: The Solanco School District, Quarryville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for Cafeteria Kitchen Equipment at Bart Colerain Elementary School, Swift Middle School, and the High School, a prevailing wage project. Bids will be received until June 12, 2025 at 2:00 P.M., prevailing time.
Electronic Bid Documents may be secured by bona-fide bidders on or after May 15, 2025 through PennBid ( https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com ). All bidders are required to obtain Bid Documents through the electronic PennBid platform or their bid can be rejected. Bids must be received through Pennbid. Late proposals will not be accepted or reviewed. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of a surety company legally authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the bid.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the actual opening of bids. Bids will be reviewed on June 16, 2025 and results displayed in the PennBid system. Solanco School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, and to make the award that is determined to be in the best interest of the District.
The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, P.L. 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Acts.
