Sheriff's Office Uniforms, RFQ 577790

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain firm fixed pricing from bidders to provide uniforms for the County Loudoun, Virginia (County) Sheriff’s Office in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Quantities on the pricing page depict the County’s estimated annual requirements. These quantities WILL NOT be ordered at one time. Orders will be placed by the Sheriff’s Office on an “as needed” basis, throughout the year and may fluctuate based upon the needs of the Sheriff’s Office. In addition, other uniform items may be added and/or deleted throughout the duration of the Contract. Items added during the term of the Contract will be priced by mutual agreement between the Contractor and the County.

The County anticipates awarding a one (1) year Contract with four (4), one (1) year renewal options for a maximum five (5) year contract.
