Separate sealed bids for the Greenville Mid-Delta Airport - Airfield Striping Improvements - Project No.
26-76E104-GMDA will be received by the City of Greenville, City Clerk's Office, 340 Main Street,
Greenville, MS, 38701 until 10:00 am (CST), June 12, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and
read aloud. Bids will be tabulated and presented to the Greenville City Council at its next regular meeting.
The Project includes the following Work: Surface preparation and airfield markings of taxiways and
adjacent areas.
Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday
through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding
Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be
available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of
Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Prospective Bidders shall be registered plan holders.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a non-
refundable deposit of $50.00 for each set. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's
receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service.
The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Issuing Office for Bidding
Document is Hooker Engineering Services, Inc., 1000 Washington Avenue, Greenville, MS 38701, 662-334-
1865.
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer
to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
For this project bids will also be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through
QuestCDN.com. Bidding documents can be downloaded under QuestCDN Project #10190523 at

information. Online bidding will not be available until three (3) days prior to bid date.
The City of Greenville reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Contract award
will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the City of Greenville.
