ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for HWY 364 WATER LINE RELOCATION FOR CROSS COUNTY RURAL WATER SYSTEM (ARDOT Job 110804) will be received by the Cross County Rural Water System, at 134 Flora Street, Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, until 10:00 o’clock A.M., on February 26, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
Miller-Newell Engineers, 510 Third, Newport, AR
Cross County Rural Water System, 134 Flora St., Hickory Ridge, AR
Dodge Plans Room, ( www.dodgeplans.construction.com )
Southern Reprographics, 901 West Seventh, Little Rock, AR
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Miller-Newell Engineers, Inc., 510 Third Street, Newport, AR 72112, upon the payment of $25.00 for each set. There shall be no refund of deposit.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
