RFQ 2024-Q01 Grant Writing and Management Services

Hays County (County) is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to develop a pool of Grant Writing and Management firms to assist in the application preparation and overall grant management required by the County for implementation of capital improvement project(s) for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs, Texas General Land Office Community Development Block Grant Programs, Texas Water Development Board Grant Programs, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Grant Programs, The infrastructure Investment Jobs Act (IIJA), Railroad Crossing Elimination Grant Program, Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) Program, RAISE Discretionary Grants, and other state and federal grant programs.
