RFQ - Great Miami River (GMR) Low-Head Dam Removal & River Improvement Project

The City of Troy, Ohio is seeking a qualified engineering design firm for the design, engineering, and construction administration services for the Great Miami River (GMR) Low-Head Dam Removal and River Improvement Project. The project is three-fold: 1) removal of the existing low-head dam, 2) river improvements consisting of: channel conveyance improvements; construction of a stable earthen levee toe and associated stream restoration work along the concrete slope revetment; and the construction of a multi-use trail along the descending right bank, and 3) reconnection of an abandoned oxbow.
