Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31, and the Code of Federal Regulations
200.317- 200.327, Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services Engineer will be received by
the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work: Design the repair of roadway, sidewalks, and other ancillary damage that
occurred as a result of Hurricane Helene.
Qualifications Schedule:
Issuance of RFQ Friday, April 10, 2026
Deadline to Submit Questions Thursday, April 16, 5:00pm
Qualifications Due Thursday, April 30, 2026
Projected Project Start Wednesday, June 10, 2026

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is posted on the City procurement website at
www.ashevillenc.gov/bids. This is the official source of this solicitation. All updates to this solicitation
shall come in the form of published addenda and shall be published to the same location. The City
will not be responsible for full or partial sets of RFQ documents including any addenda
obtained from any other source.
The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of
Qualifications.
