RFP #2023-18 - Planning and Engineering Consultant

The City requires the services of a qualified firm(s) to assist the City with additional workload and to expedite the engineering, traffic engineering, planning, and zoning review of subdivision, land development, and zoning applications (the “Services”). The proposal shall detail the tasks and deliverables for the work with qualifications of staff and sub-consultants, hourly rates, and costs. The selected firm(s) (“Consultant”) shall enter into a contract with the City in substantially the same form as the attached contract, and any modifications shall be requested by request for clarification and issued by the City as an addendum.
