RFP - Invitation to Bid Deschutes Services Building RTU #2 Replacement

Deschutes County will receive bids for construction services for the removal and proper disposal of existing RTU #2 and supply and installation of one 90-ton gas fired Roof Top Unit for the Deschutes Services Building, located at 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend OR 97703.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on July 14th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the DeArmond Room of the Deschutes Services Building located at 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR 97703. This Invitation to Bid is available electronically through https://www.deschutes.org/rfps . Deschutes County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause or no cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
