RFP - For Professional Engineering Services For Pascagoula City Hall Improvements Project

The City of Pascagoula, Mississippi is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and design services for the Pascagoula City Hall Improvements Project. This project is funded wholly or in part with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations shall apply. The purpose of this project is to improve, remodel and expand the existing City Hall building, located at 603 Watts Avenue, to provide a more efficient use of space to allow for the consolidation of city services. Engineering services will include providing design services, cost estimates and project schedules, overseeing the bid process, contractor selection, and construction administration and oversight. Criteria for engineer selection shall be based upon the following:

Upon completing the review process, contract negotiations will proceed with selected engineer. In the event that a contract cannot be negotiated with the most highly qualified firm, negotiations will continue in order of qualification. Proposals must be received
