RFP-2027-DPH-05-COMPR: Comprehensive Family Support (CFS)
Division of Public Health Services
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition, Family and Community Health Section (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide home visiting services that support pregnant and parenting women, as well as families with children up to the age of 18 years of age. These services aim to promote family wellness, encourage healthy responses to family stress, and prevent child abuse and neglect.
