This Request for Information (“RFI”) is being issued by the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program in collaboration with the State of North Carolina (“Lead State”).

The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from qualified suppliers to be used in the development of a new solicitation for a replacement portfolio for Small Package Delivery Services.
