ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Foley is requesting proposals from experienced engineering firms for general municipal engineering services. The firm requesting consideration should be aware that experience in the area of municipal engineering is a requirement. The applicant shall have sufficient resources to ensure that all the demands of the City’s engineering needs are met on a timely basis.
