This Addendum is to extend the closing date on Request for Information RFI No. 00585-CAB from October 17, 2025 (5:00 P.M. EST) to November 14, 2025 (5:00 P.M. EST).
See clarification questions/answers below:
Question No.1: Is A36 material acceptable in lieu of 1020?
BSA Response: No, 1020 is required as noted on the drawings.
Question No. 2: Paint/coatings required?
BSA Response: Paint requirements are listed in the technical specification under section 3.4.
Question No. 3: Model available?
BSA Response: Yes.
Question No. 4: Is an electronic BOM available?
BSA Response: Yes, see attached BOM spreadsheets and provide breakdown in costs (EPC-BWD-FLX-FIX-PRT-350-RA0-Flux Return Fixtures BOM, EPC-BWD-FLX-SUP-ASM-100-RA0-Endcap Steel BOM, EPC-FWD-FLX-FIX-PRT-350-RA0-Flux Return Fixtures BOM & EPC-FWD-FLX-SUP-ASM-100-RA0-Endcap Steel BOM).
Question No. 5: Is the top-level Drawing Number: EPC-BWD-FLX-SUP-ASM-100
Description: Endcap – Flux Return Endcap Steel?
BSA Response: The top-level assembly drawings are listed the technical specification under
section 2.2. EPC-BWD-FLX-SUP-ASM-100 and EPC-FWD-FLX-SUP-ASM-100 are the top-level
drawings for the two endcaps. EPC-FWD-FLX-FIX-ASM-350 and EPC-BWD-FLX-FIX-ASM-350
are the top-level drawings for the endcap tooling.
Questions No.6: The table does stipulate that budgetary pricing is required, can you please add
the part #’s to the appropriate description?
BSA Response: see updated Table 2.
The budgetary estimates require all costs to be broken down for all parts and assemblies,
please complete the BOM’s cost breakdown spreadsheets and updated Table 2, see
attachments.
