This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** This project consists of the removal and replacement of existing roof system & skylight. 1.        Remove existing roofing to LWIC 2.        New Roof System a.        Mechanically attached nailed vented base sheet b.        Apply one layer of SBS-modified bitumen fiberglass mat base ply in cold asphaltic adhesive. c.        Install one ply of granule surfaced SBS modified bitumen cap ply in cold asphaltic adhesive. 3.        Install new metal flashing around perimeter of flat roof area. 4.        Install new access ladder. 5.        Install interior protection as indicated on drawings 6.        Remove existing skylights & replace with new skylights
