INVITATION TO BID
Owensboro Municipal Utilities will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. (CST) on
October 2, 2026 (prevailing time) at which time bids will be opened and read
aloud for the:
BID NO. 26-09-016
OMU CONCRETE WORK, UTILITY CUT REPAIRS, AND
MISC. PROJECTS
Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU), a municipal electric and water utility, is
requesting proposals for the repair services for electric and water concrete work,
utility cuts, and miscellaneous utility job projects in various locations throughout
OMU's service area. The requirements for the different types of various services
are identified in this proposal and the attached detailed specifications. Work will
be on an as needed basis. All concrete work shall be in compliance with the
provisions of the Owensboro Metropolitan Planning Commission specifications.
All costs associated with various projects, including, but not limited to, required
materials, supervision, labor, and equipment should be reflected in the provided
pricing. Awarded Contactor shall be ready to start performing work on January 1,
2027.
A formal agreement shall be executed by both parties following award with
terms and conditions agreeable to both parties. The term of the Agreement will
be for three (3) years, from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029.
