This project will install subdrain between the toe of the slope and the residence to collect the subsurface drainage saturating the yard. Collected drainage will be routed via installed culverts to the existing drainage at the roadside ditch along Upper Blackberry Road. A culvert will also be replaced crossing the citizens driveway for drainage and construction access.
