REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS (RFQ/P)
TBWWTP PRIMARY CLARIFIER IMPROVEMENTS

Conway Corporation (OWNER) is soliciting assistance from qualified licensed professionals who are certified by the Arkansas Contractor Licensing Board for Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services related to primary clarifier improvements at the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant.
1. Construction Phase Services are contingent upon OWNER approval to proceed with the PROPOSAL and negotiation and execution of a mutually acceptable Agreement between OWNER and Construction Manager / General Contractor. Construction Phase services include the complete improvements for the Project under the PROPOSAL.
2. The CM/GC shall hold all trade contracts and purchase orders and shall bond and guarantee the project.
The selected construction manager/general contractor may be awarded additional services associated with the project.
Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) packages will be available from Conway Corporation, 1320 South German Lane, Conway, Arkansas 72034. Interested CM/GC firms are invited to secure RFQ packages by contacting Stephen Hogan, phone 501-504-6453 or email stephen.hogan@conwaycorp.com . Contacting by email is preferred so that the RFQ/P package can be sent electronically.
The RFQ/P package includes descriptions of services required, an outline for presentation of qualifications, and the method of selection. Firms desiring consideration must submit their response to the RFQ/P to Stephen Hogan, Conway Corporation, 1320 South German Lane, Conway, Arkansas 72034, no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 14, 2026.
