Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities (WSFCU) is seeking proposals from qualified private solid waste consultants to provide various operational consultant services for the Hanes Mill Road Municipal Solid Waste Landfill (HMRL). Â

The HMRL Facility is a permitted Subtitle D lined landfill (open and closed units), which also contains scrap tire and white goods collection facilities, and citizen recycling and waste drop-off convenience areas. This facility is operated by WSFCU personnel.
