NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT SPECIFIC ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, NEW CONSTRUCTION

The Arkansas Department of Human Services is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional Architectural design services as defined by the SAS/Division of Building Authority 22 CAR § 111- Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) design and construction of seven new dormitory facilities on the campus of the Booneville Human Development Center. located at Booneville Human Development Center, Highway 116 South, Booneville Arkansas 72927 in Logan County Arkansas.
These dormitory facilities will need to be of approximately 6,000’ square foot each.
A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be 2:00pm on 12 June 2026.
