NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES
FOR A NEW FACILITY
400-RFQ-2501
The Arkansas Department of Agriculture (Department) is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional architectural design services as defined by the TSS/Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for a new forestry district headquarter facility located at 106 Forestry Drive in Dierks, Howard County, Arkansas. The purpose of the contract is to obtain Architectural Design services for designing and overseeing construction of a new Forestry District Headquarter building, approximately 2,500 square feet. A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be September 4, 2025, at 4:30 PM CST.
