Request for Proposals - Rapid Unsheltered Survivor Housing (RUSH) and Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) Funds
The City of Charlotte invites proposals from qualified agencies to provide assistance to eligible households under the Rapid Unsheltered Survivor Housing (RUSH) and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funding. Funding helps individuals and families experiencing a homelessness or a housing crisis through street outreach, emergency shelter, diversion and homelessness prevention, and case management services.
