REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is soliciting proposals from firms qualified to provide software and implementation services for an accounting software system. The selected firm will be under contract with BAT and must be qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

BAT is seeking proposals for software and implementation services for an accounting software system that supports three (3) business units. The successful vendor will establish a software environment for BAT which will include all vendor resources related to computer systems software, training, data conversion, maintenance and support services. The Authority, fixed route and paratransit operators currently use Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 (Solomon Software), compatible with Microsoft Windows Network.

Proposals must be received at the Brockton Area Transit Authority, 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302, by 2:00 PM on May 29, 2025 .

The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority to do so.
