Forsyth County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or organizations to conduct a comprehensive Behavioral Health Services Needs Gap Analysis, with a primary focus on substance use services, while also addressing mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) services. The purpose of this initiative is to identify existing resources, unmet needs, service gaps, barriers to care, and to develop actionable, community-informed recommendations to strengthen the behavioral health system in Forsyth County.

Qualifications:

1.        Contractor must be licensed to do business in North Carolina (registered with NC Secretary of State).
2.        Contractor must have a minimum of five years providing the same services.
3.        Contractor must submit a minimum of three references with the proposal of accounts of similar size and scope of Forsyth County.
4.        Contractor must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract.
5.        Contractor must directly employ all staff performing under this contract. Contractor may not subcontract any work.
6.        Contractor must have an office location within 40 miles of 650 Highland Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC.
