Project Description: Park and Recreation Department, 1500 Marilla, Room 6FS, Dallas, TX 75201. Bidders are encouraged to attend the preproposal conference held in-person at the two project sites on Friday, August 22, 2025. The first location visited would be the Grauwyler Community Outreach Building from 1.30 pm to 2.30pm and the second site visited would be The Big Thicket Building from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. (CDT):
